I would dearly love to drive on the original Bryar track in New Hampshire. It was a 1.5 or
so mile track. It was used by SCCA, TransAm and Corvettes of Mass clubs. I have many laps
and memories there. I know how hard it is to do a track for GPL. It's far beyond my
capabilities. I'm just hoping to interest someone into trying it.

Hi Warren,

Interesting to read that this is the forerunner of New Hampshire Motor Speedway. I just saw yesterday on the GPLTD that Lou released a beta of the Loudon road course and that your one would be the historic layout from before the 1990 rebuild.
GPLrank: -76;  Monster: -402

Bryar was the first actual race track I got to drive on. I also drove at Lime Rock and Thompson Connecticut. At the
time Bryar was pretty important. It was a very entertaining track with elevation changes on the back part of the
track with a steep uphill and down hill.

Even if you dont know how to build a track, you can help out a potential builder by finding references from which to build it. The least one needs is a decent track map and a elevation profile, reference photos for the surroundings and assorted furniture. Best sorted by year and locality.

right now i am not in position to start a complete track project, i can draw the layout if there is good data and provide to you just in case somebody want to finish it.
If your desired is to drive this track at GPL i can help at least at first steps :)
cheers

Time for you to step into the Way-Back Machine, Warren.

I found this just last night while looking for some video of Lotus 30's.

At first look, the GPL creation isn't far off in accuracy.

Thanks Manfred, but that is New Hampshire International Speedway. Bryar Motorsport Park is an earlier track, last used in 1990.
And yes Lou Magyar's version of NHIS is pretty good.
Thanks also Sergio. At some point in the near future I'm going to contact Corvettes of Mass. They ran many events at Bryar.
COM also had a scale model of Bryar on display at a car show.

This is a pretty good view from the back or hill side of Bryar.
