I have downloaded some of the 512x256 24bit tree .bmp's and I now realize that Mipman will not work with anything larger than 256x256. What other utility do you guys use? There doesn't seem to be one!

Thanks

I'm working on a new track of the now defunct Westwood Racing Circuit 1959-1990(Coquitlam, B.C., Canada) as it was in 1990.

Thanks Ginetto, I learned how to use Winmip 2 just after I posted the question by reading the readme file. I was following the GPLEA track creating tutorial with Mipman at first.

Thanks Again for the link to other GPL tools.

You have a texture open in WinMip2,
Attached File  pic003.png   26.35K   68 downloads
to make texture repeat or not, you change the

Mapp. value to:

0 =repeat vertical and horizontal
1= repeat vertical , strech horizontal
2= repeat horizontal, strech vertical
3= strech vertical and horizontal

:wave:

Done these tracks and working on others.
